How many times have you been at a gas station, restaurant, bank or any other business where you were a customer, asked for something simple, expected a certain level of service and were told No, or worse ignored.
As I go about my daily routine, I encounter way too many of these Client Last moments. I hear similar stories from some of the prospects that we are working with to improve their legal services. One prospect that was using one of our competitors, we will call them, Alphabet Process Servers. Alphabet abruptly stopped working on their files because the firm’s documents did not meet Alphabet’s format requirements. Even better yet, Alphabet did not even bother to tell the firm they had stopped processing their work, until the firm noticed their files weren’t progressing to completion. Unfortunately, I hear these stories all the time and it really blows me away that any firm would tolerate being treated this way by a vendor, any vendor.
360 Legal will never operate with a Client Last mindset. When I started 360 Legal, my vision was to create a Client First company with a culture that provides a framework to empower our associates to deliver unmatched customer service. We call this framework, The Code. The foundation of The Code is: “We exist for, and because of our clients”
I’d like to invite you to take a few minutes and read The Code. It describes our shared set of principles and beliefs here at 360 Legal about operating a company where clients want to engage with us. It governs how we interact with you as a client.
If your current vendor isn’t treating you like a client or expecting you to conform your operations to the way they do business, drop me an email, give us a call. 360 Legal, can show you the difference working with a Client First vendor can make for your firm.
You, your firm and your staff deserve better! Call us.
